PA to Director of Corporate Finance

My client, a leading global bank based in the City, are looking for a highly skilled PA to assist their Director of Corporate Finance, and one other. The successful candidate will have/be: · Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills · The ability to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment · At least three years’ experience at working at Executive/Director level within financial services · Team player who has experience of and has enjoyed working as part of a team · Dedication to meeting the expectations of all staff · Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage one’s own time · Ability to manage a heavy work volume in an extremely fast paced environment · Excellent Word skills, good PowerPoint and Excel skills. · Working knowledge of Outlook and CRM systems Daily duties include: · Acting as a point of contact for all clients and infrastructure departments on behalf of the Director · Securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards · Maintain diaries for Directors, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and infrastructure staff as appropriate · Proactively spot opportunities to add marginal internal meetings; interviews, staff meetings, etc. · Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc. · Prepare letters, proposals and other documents using formatting styles. · Prepare timesheets and expense reports. · Assist with greeting clients, booking and setting up meeting rooms and organising catering. · Assist in organisation of Director files and offices. · Support the operations team and other secretarial and administrative team · Become familiar with the main themes and products’ to develop confidence in setting up meetings with clients.
