My Client, a Leading Global Insurance Group, are currently recruiting for an experienced PA to support the Finance Functions Business Partnering Team. You will be based in the London Head Office, being easily accessible from Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street or London Bridge mainline stations.

The purpose of your role will be to support a team of 4 Managers. The team have pan – European responsibilities providing financial support and governance to the Executive in order to meet specific strategic objectives.

Brief outline of role:

• Prepare standard reports/documents, maintain systems, processes and documentation to ensure delivery and effectiveness of administrative processes and procedures.
• Deliver small administrative projects or the administration of larger projects so that all information is kept up to date and coordinated on behalf of the project team.
• Support team members, sharing learning and best practice in order to contribute to overall team effectiveness.
• Carry out secretarial and administrative service as required by the Finance Functions office to ensure deadlines are met and work is of a consistent high quality.
• Review and monitor progress of required information requested of others by the Finance Functions team, ensuring delivery within stated timeframe.
• Organise meetings and conferences and liaise with conference organisers to ensure logistics, visuals and documentation are completed to deadline and to a high standard.
• Maintain a well-organised and effective filing system, paying particular attention to securing sensitive documents.
• Review Directors emails and respond/cascade for response

Essential requirements:

• Proven Admin/PA experience gained in a corporate environment
• Articulate communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to work at ease and confidence with Senior Executives and all levels, internally and externally
• Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good shorthand skills or similar would be useful
