Red Nose Day

It wasn't clever and it wasn't pretty!! 

Well Ok maybe not clever but everybody was pretty well turned out !  Take a look at a few pictures !

Yes it was the annual GEL Appointments Red Nose Day bash, this year held at Henry's Wine Bar. All of our clients were invited and for those that were able to make it a good time was had by all. Clients were treated to a Call my Bluff Wine Tasting challenge where two mixed teams of GEL staff and clients were invited to taste 8 different wines, 4 white and 4 red, and were then given 2 descriptions of each wine and it's name. The teams then decided which they thought was the correct description and name for each, the winning team with 7 out of 8 correct answers were awarded with a bottle of champagne.

Clients were further treated to a (not very) challenging quiz, the winners receiving a generous helping of M&S Gift Vouchers. And finally, those still standing were able to watch a lucky client win the main prize in the raffle, a magnum of Moet champagne.

Nearly £100 was raised on the night and we even managed to beat our £200 target on the GEL Giving Site.  However If you would like to help us raise even more by sponsoring us then please click here.
